• 1 ripe Banana
• 3 Eggs
• 2 Egg Whites
• 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 ¼ cup blanched Almond Flour
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil for cooking
Makes about 20 - 24 pancakes.
