How and when did you start training?

I started training back in Highschool for football and track but got SERIOUS about it back in 2008 when I injured my knee again. After that I finally got smart about weights and diet and it was trial and error from there.. AND STILL IS! LOL

What is your training routine like?

Chest/ shouders/ abs. 3-5 sets of 12-20 reps depending on muscle.

Back/ Bi's/ Tris

LEGS/ abs

Chest and shoulders (lighter weight more sets and reps)

Back/ Bi's/ Tri's (lighter weight more sets and reps)

Hamstrings/ calves/ abs/ swim

( My cardio consists of doing an intense Crossfit session with the
highschool kids 4 days a week)

What is your diet when trying to get in peak condition?

Low carb intake (mostly from meats and veggies) and High protein.

How do you deal with cravings for junk foods,
sweets and salty food?

I try to stay away from them! But if I ever do have a candy bar or something I'll usually take 1 or 2 bites. By that time my craving is gone and I can move on for another few months before it happens again!

How do you managed to stay motivated
and consistent?

I look at what I want to become in the future and that keeps me going!

What is your greatest bodybuilding/fitness
achievement so far?

Being able to work with personally!

What are your future goals?

To stay consistent and find ways to help others reach their own goals!

Who are your favourite bodybuilders/ athletes
or fitness models?

Jamie Eason has always been my favorite and now she is truly one of my dearest friends.

What is the number one philosophy you live by?

Do or do not, there is no try - Yoda

What top 3 tips would you give to anyone
wanting to get CutandJacked?

  1. Study and become smart about your diet! Too many people think they know how to do it already but you'd be surprised what your putting into your body!
  2. Surround yourself with positive people! I have literally stopped talking to certain people just because I know that there is nothing that they can offer me in my life which would make it better physically, mentally, or emotionally.
  3. See your failures as hurdles to the finish line! If I quit every time I had a failure then I wouldnt be here answering these questions!
