How and when did you start training?

I definitely was not an athletic kid.  After finishing high school I set out to study in business. One day I went for a walk with my friends and saw freestyle skiers going down a slope doing aerial jumps, flying through the air… I stopped and could not breathe.  I had such a strong emotion when I saw athletes doing flips in the air. My life changed completely since that moment.

Being a mogul skier was my biggest dream so I was ready to do whatever it takes! The first year of skiing was horrible and very hard for me. I was falling down every second and even kids in my sports school laughed at me. But I believed in myself and focused all of my energy to get through that shame. Every time I overcame small challenges, it helped me build my confidence more and more.

Within a year of intense practice I started to compete in my region. The next year I went to  the Russian Championships and later I competed with the National Russian Team for several years.

After a serious back and multiple knee injuries I could no longer compete. I could not walk for a while and when I started to walk again, I enrolled in a group fitness leader course and became a fitness instructor.

In fitness I only started competing in April 2010. I competed for the first time in my life in the WBFF BC Championship in April 2010. I became an overall champion in Fitness Model category, got a PRO card and also placed 3rd in Bikini Model competition. On September 2010 I competed at the World Championships (it was my second competitions ever) and I made it into top 5. I plan to compete in World Championship in August 2011.

How long do you spend in the gym during
a typical workout?

40 min-1 hour

How do you manage to stay motivated?

For me, motivation is all about setting goals! It’s very important to realize the need for achieving the goal. My process is very simple - I set a goal and then focus 100% on what I have to do to get there!

What is your training routine like?

What does your diet consist of?

Nutrition is the most important part of fitness success. I eat a lot but I try to eat as healthy as possible all year round.

Here are my top healthy food choices: nuts, chicken or turkey breast, egg whites, vegetables, oatmeal, yams, brown rice, fresh fruits, cottage cheese, lean meat, fish.

I also believe that healthy fats Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Avocados, Nuts, and Nut butters helps breakdown body fat .

Here are foods I never eat: French fries, white bread, wheat pasta, doughnuts and fried foods.

How do you deal with cravings for junk foods,
sweets and salty food?

I don’t eat junk food at all because I feel gross and very guilty after, I am not a big fan of salty foods either but I do loooove sweets!
If I am craving something badly, I allow myself to have it. Cheat breakfasts are the safest cheat meals because you will burn it off during the day.

What are your top three exercises and why?

Squat jumps are my favorite exercise. You can get a great leg workout without having to go to the gym. Target Body Part: Butt, Hips, Legs – Thighs It is beneficial in strengthening tendons, ligaments and improving the balance.

Push-ups, like squats, are compound movements using almost all the muscles of your body. You'll work your chest, shoulders, triceps, back and abs.

Lunges work most of the muscles in your legs including your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves.

What is your best body part?

Probably ABS!!

What 3 tips would you give to any woman wanting to get a feminine, CutandJacked physique like yours?

  1. Drink plenty of water! No amount of working out will work if you are not drinking enough water!
  2. Exercise 3-4 times per week min
  3. Eat 5-7 small meals per day and BELIEVE in yourself!

What is the number one philosophy you live by?

Thinking like a winner, behaving like a winner is essential to victory! If you want to achieve something - set a goal, focus, believe and you will get anywhere you want in life!
