Do you remember the first time you picked
up a dumbbell?

Yes, I was almost 17 back then, was hanging out with a friend and he
had a dumbbell in his room, 3kg (about 6lbs)

What mistakes did you make as a newbie?

I did not eat right, I didn't follow a diet, and I probably over trained a lot.

How do you manage to stay motivated and consistent?

My motivation comes from the results I see in the mirror, and from what
people say or how they look at me.

What are you most proud of?

I am very proud of my way to build lean muscle without gaining fat,
I love being lean and hard all year long.

How long do you usually spend in the gym?

I workout 45 to 60 minutes, no need more than that, I barely make my way
to the car after 60 minutes of HARD workout.

What rep ranges do you prefer and why?

I do 6-12 reps, which is the best range to build muscle and maintain lean mass, it's a scientific fact. I do go high at around 20 reps but very rare.

What is your training routine like?

My exact workout routine and other informative tips and recommendations can be found on my website, on the training section (as from December 2011)

What is your diet when trying to get in peak condition?

I love the keto diet, I am on it now and it is showing me great results.

How do you deal with cravings for junk foods,
sweets and salty food?

No problem at all, I stick to my diet, if I do something I do it right.

What are the biggest obstacles or setbacks have you had to overcome in your life?

What do you think about when you have to
dig deep and push out that last rep?

I think about my body having no chance but building up more muscles for the next workout.

Who are your favourite athletes, bodybuilders
or fitness models?

I don't have anyone in mind, as I follow my own goals and ideas, I am not looking up to anyone, although I appreciate all bodybuilders and fitness models.

What are your future goals?

To get the best I can as a natural bodybuilder and fitness model,
to grow my website and to help people.

What top 3 tips would you give to anyone
wanting to get CutAndJacked?

The smarter answer to that would be the usual one, at least the first two:

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Train hard
  3. Sleep well and be calm and relaxed, not stressed. I recommend doing meditation, it helps me a lot.
