I looked at my body and my life and realized I wasn’t doing enough. I knew how to lift a weight, but not correctly, but with proper tempo, technique, sets, reps, and rest! I then decided to look into personal training for my own knowledge...

Don’t neglect your diet – you can train yourself so hard that you cry, but if your clean eating isn’t there then your physique is going to be lackluster…and you must actually EAT every 2.5-3 hours to keep your metabolism moving at a high pace...

At the end of the day I can look in the mirror and know all my hard work has paid off.
That I owe my results to myself and not by taking a short cut threw steroids and other illegal substances.
