I always enjoyed physical activity, as a child I was incredibly hyper and always moving. I learned a little about lifting in gym class in high school (it was my favorite thing), but it wasn't until I turned 20 and met my future Husband that I really got serious about lifting.

Currently I train two days on, 1 day off, two days on, 1 day off. My split is Back/Chest, Legs, Arms (bi's/tri's) and Shoulders. I lift heavy and train like a body builder in order to retain my shape.
