I am most proud of the accomplishments I have made with my career over the few years I have been doing this. I am also most proud of the positive impact that I have on people to motivate them to be more fit and want a better, healthier lifestyle!

First it’s important to have the proper mindset. If you want to change your physique you have to commit to it, and really make your fitness goals a priority. You must be willing to make sacrifices at times, knowing that the outcome will be worth it!

I started working out in high school at the age of 16. Playing sports and being an athlete has always been my lifestyle. I used to do sit ups and push-ups in my bedroom every night when I was younger haha...

I started training probably February of 09. I was having self esteem issues because I was modeling and after every photoshoot I just felt fat. Technically Photoshop could fix it but I knew I would never make a career out of it if I needed that much work.
