Recipe: Pumpkin Protein


Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin PROLAB Protein Spice Smoothie

  • 2 scoops PROLAB vanilla whey isolate protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups of bananas peeled and mashed
  • 3 Tsp. Truvia
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
