Protein Souffles

Recipe: Protein Souffles



  • 2 Cups Liquid Eggwhites
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate IsoFast


  •  Blend well and pour into a well sprayed large 6ct muffin tray. 
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.

  • 434 Calories
  • 83g protein
  • 8g Carbohydrates
  • 5g Fat
