I started 4 years ago. I was a dancer previously so I had experience with stage presentation but was not in the gym as well. My friend was coach for the Slovak team and he just asked me if I wanted to try the new category - Bikini. I won all contests I competed in over 2 years (11 contests) which included: World champs, European Champs, Arnold Classic Madrid, and Arnold Classic America where I got my Pro card.
My biggest motivation is my family and fans. In the last few months I have met a lot of great people, which motivated me. It's unbelievable how many people around the world watch my videos on YouTube, share my pics on Instagram and write to me on Facebook. I’m motivation for them and they are motivation for me. I appreciate it a lot.
I like step or stairs. I do Bikini so most important is the butt :) I am still working on it. Never ending Story :)
I love my breakfast recipe. It's so easy, quick and healthy.
Mix it and just make a pancake! Yummy.
Mostly I prefer egg whites, chicken breasts, white fish (losos once a week), oats, rice, and a lot of green veggies. For fruits I prefer green apples, grapefruit and lemons. I really like to play with seasoning. You can eat totally different tasting chicken everyday :)
I have a cheat meal two times a week. Just one meal of what I want or what I have a taste for. Mostly I eat Chinese food or a cup of ice cream :) Of course during competition prep my nutrition is based on how my shape is. Typically during prep I do a cheat meal once every two weeks. The last month before contest I go without cheating :)
I like to train biceps, legs and glutes. Also I really love to do plyo, which makes me feel very good. So my top 3 are -
1: Close grip barbell curl for biceps.
2: Dumbbell lunges and superset with dumbbell step-ups.
3: Squats!!
Of course! Music is with me everywhere. When I work out I like hard Music. Normally I am listening to ACDC :) but for cardio I prefer Latin Music :) I am girl with a lot of faces :) lol.
Depends on the time of contest. When I am in prep normally I train 6 times a week.
A: Glutes and hamstrings
B: Shoulders - Biceps
C: Legs - ABS
D: Back - Triceps
Cardio really depends on how my shape is and how much time I have till my contest. Normally I do cardio 1 hour/per day.
Off-season I train 4 times a week. But I do a lot of another activities. Dance, Zumba, Power plate, Cross Fit.
My short-term goal is be top 3 at the Dennis James Classic in Phoenix. If I do it I can have enough points for olympia qualification :) That is my longer-term goal :) but I am not just competitor. I’m also a personal and online coach, I have my own nutrition business, I make my clothes and items in Europe, I am the face of Amix Nutrition who I am working for, I am also a fitness model. I’m just very active. I love this business and I want to stay in it. Not just as a competitor.
Mostly I am proud of my family. It’s not easy to have a pro athlete in the family. They support me a lot and understand me. I appreciate it a lot. And I am very proud and thankful of my step-by-step progress. I can see I am not staying on one point.
Of course. It happens to every athlete. Body and mind getting tired. Sometimes what worked last time in diet or training won't work now etc.
But most important is to never give up, stay FOCUSED and continue to follow your dreams and goals. Just stop for minute, breath, get new strength and rock it :)
The biggest sickness of athletes is that they will never absolutely be satisfied with themselves:) I am the same. I see my progress every show, every season but still I find something what I want to do better.
I never had one idol. Also now, when I am in this business there is not one person here that is absolutely perfect for me :) I appreciate Nathalia Melo, I like Amanda Latona how she is working and her presentation also. I share Michelle Lewin online because she is a very popular Fitness model with a lot of shoots and it motivates me.
My sponsor is Amix Nutrition. I chose co-operation with them not just because of my sponsorship but because they have very good quality supplements and you can choose from more than 200 products. Me as a bikini competitor I prefer bcaa, glutamine, reduced carb protein, vitamins, minerals, and omega 3-6-9. We have a great product Guggulean which pushes your metabolism in a natural way, also I am very satisfied with the fat burner Detonatrol - It's From Dennis Wolf's (my team colleague) edition Muscle core by Amix nutrition
Follow your dream, everything is possible. Never say never and never give up. Think about what you want but don’t forget to know what you don’t want. It’s very important in Life. Enjoy every day and be proud of yourself.
