
I started at a competitive fitness level when my twin sister got pregnant, we were professional salsa dancers. When I heard the news I asked to myself "And now what will I do?" from that moment I made the decision, and started to compete in the fitness bikini category.

My greatest motivation is looking in the mirror and seeing the radical changes in my body, knowing it is a product of my effort and dedication.
The best cardio for me is track running.

I love chicken breast with baked potato.
My diet consists of eating chicken breast, fish, baked potato,
green grapes, oats, and egg whites.

Well, I think that when your body gets used to a healthy diet, the temptations are not as frequent as before.
I could say that my weakness is sweets but over time I have learned to control it.

While I'm training I like to listen to salsa.

I train Monday through Saturday, three days at the gym, in which my training consists of weight training and the other three days on the track. My day of rest is Sunday. My coach is Carlos Ayala better known as "Cholo".

Does winning the lotto count? LOL… just kidding! My goal is to become one of the best bikini competitors in the world because as they say, "If you do something you love you’ll never work a day in your life."

I'm proud of the changes I have made with my body, I'm even more proud to know that everything is a product of my effort and dedication.

There will always be obstacles along the way but it is within us to keep fighting or to give up. Only ourselves have the ability to fight every day to fulfill our dreams.

I believe that the combination of a balanced diet, good supplements
and exercise is the key to a healthy body.
