Yes recently I was diagnosed with a severe heart condition called neuro cardio genetic and I have been struggling the past year. I was struggling and I didn't know why...I found out a few months ago it was because of that. It was something I was born with but the more intense and no rest and hard dieting I did made my condition really elevate for the worse. I just have been trying to work with my condition so I can make positive steps on achieving my physique goals.

Well I make healthy sweet treats, you can have fun in the kitchen and diet. Like I say everything in moderation. Also always switch up your proteins fish, turkey, chicken, even steak, makes it easier as well making your meals fun works the best.

Monday: Legs (I do high reps and low weight about 5 - 6 exercises)
Tue: Shoulders (Same High rep low weights about 4 exercises) Abs
Wednesday: Glutes & Back (Same High Rep low weight about 4 exercises for glutes and 3 for back)
Thursday: Cardio/ Abs (3 exercises 50 reps each)
Fri: Glutes (Same about 4 exercises for glutes)
(Everyday is Cardio day except my Off day and my workout structure will change for every show.) Cardio is about 45 - 50 minutes a day. )
Lots of halibut sashimi & brown rice, chicken & brown rice, protein shakes and then when I’m not in a rush I create my healthy treat meals.
It's always easier to eat the boring meal when you’re rushing and hungry.
I am not supposed to use any supplements besides protein because of my heart except vit. C and multi Vit. I use a bunch of different protein powders right now from proto whey, BSN, Betty lous and I just like to mix them up depending on how I feel and my diet.
Focus on plyometrics and HIIT training for best results.Take it from someone who did it.
