Apple Crumble Protein Smoothie



  • 1 Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 cups (375ml) unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup (21g) Oats
  • ¼ cup (26g) Flaxseed Meal
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg



  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.


Yield: 2 servings

  • Macros per serving: 250ml
  • Calories: 225
  • Protein: 14.6g
  • Fat: 9.9g
  • Carbs: 21.6g
